Guilderland Medical Imaging (GMI) opened in August of 2006 in order to bring the highest quality imaging services to the Western-most reaches of the Capital District and Eastern Schoharie County.

GMI offers the very latest in medical diagnostic imaging technology, including:

  • High field semi-open MRI in which you can watch TV and/or listen to digital music.

  • Multi-slice CT scanning

  • Digital mammography

  • Digital X-Ray

  • High Field Ultrasound

  • DEXA and QCT Bone Density scanning

GMI is able to schedule same day appointments for most modalities, and on the average, the reports are faxed to your doctor the same day.

The suite GMI is located in is conveniently located just inside the front door of the Carman Medical Arts Building and there is plenty of parking.

 

 

Patients can watch TV and listen to digital music while in the high field semi-open MRI in Guilderland.

 

The digital images produced by all SRPC equipment is available within seconds to the radiologists.
